Attend this virtual interactive workshop via Microsoft Teams* to consider these questions, sharing your own experiences of what has gone well or not! This interactive workshop is an introduction to our leadership and management training that is available both virtually and face-to-face at Truro and Penwith College Business.
Part-funding is offered by the ESF Developing Leaders Programme towards eligible short courses in leadership and Management for Businesses across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, plus some amazing 'added value offers' all delivered by Ofsted Outstanding Truro and Penwith College Business.

This interactive workshop is a standalone, non-accredited session looking at leadership and motivation in a virtual environment. The session will showcase a range of Leadership and Management qualifications aimed at potential or existing Team Leaders, Supervisors, Middle Managers and Senior Managers - operating at a strategic level.
You may qualify for financial support towards one of our short qualifications through the ESF Developing Leaders Project - subject to eligibility.
