Completing the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management taught Engagement Officer Rose valuable tools and techniques to enhance staff motivation and retention, improve efficiency, and streamline communication within the workplace.
Rose found assignments relevant to real-life scenarios which facilitated practical application in the workplace. Rose found the course and assignments encourage learners to reflect on their own ability, strengths, weaknesses and understanding while learning new skills related to leadership and management.
