Applicants should hold a degree or similar professional qualification and a recognised teaching qualification. The successful candidates will ideally have the ability to teach teach A1/A2 Politics. Experience of pastoral care and resource creation would be an advantage.
We are looking for a vibrant and committed personality who will combine a good honours degree and teaching qualification with the ability to inspire students, prepare them effectively for exams and maintain excellent working relationships across the A Level department and the college as a whole.
The departments’ work involves A1/A2 Level, BTECs and a T Level. The successful candidate will be personal tutor to a group within the A Level area.
We are looking for someone who works with confidence, has high expectations, and who is a committed team member that will project enthusiasm for this subject. Strong IT skills, attention to detail and high level organisational abilities are essential.
