Catering Technicians (Truro)

The College is looking to appoint two Catering Technicians, one full time post and one part time post.  The posts involve actively supporting both students and staff through the provision, preparation and organisation of resource material within our highly successful Hospitality & Catering department.

Applicants will be expected to maintain a safe environment for both students and staff including cleaning, set up and maintain the equipment in the kitchen/bar/restaurant areas/workrooms. Providing an efficient service in our Spires and Time Out Coffee Bars will also be expected and therefore full Barista training is available and basic food preparation skills are also required.

Applicants needs to be flexible to work across a variety of the College’s commercial catering outlets.  Please state clearly on your application form whether you are applying for the part time or full-time post.
