We are looking for a friendly, organised and welcoming individual who is also passionate about customer service to join our Admissions team. As the face of the College, you will support reception, admissions, switchboard, and student enquiries — both in person and online.
You’ll also play a key role in maintaining accurate data, supporting events like open days and interviews, and helping students through their application journey.
The successful candidate will have, strong communication and IT skills, experience in administration or customer service, a flexible team-focused attitude and confidence working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
