Deputy College Shop Supervisor & Administrator

We are looking for a reliable, proactive individual with strong organisational and customer service skills to support the running of our busy College Shop.

As Deputy Supervisor and Administrator, you’ll assist with day-to-day shop operations including stock control, ordering, customer service, and point of sale processes. You will also play a key role in maintaining accurate stock records, liaising with suppliers, and supporting the team in the absence of the Shop Supervisor.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in retail or stock management
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise under pressure
• Confidence using IT systems and learning new procedures
