The Deputy Learning Services Support Team Leader will work directly with the existing Learning Services Support Team Leader in overseeing and monitoring the day-to-day activities of the Library and Learning Resources Services, to ensure the team delivers an outstanding service.
Applicants must have significant relevant experience and hold or be working towards a Qualification at Level 5 or above in a relevant strand of the team’s work, for example Library and Information Management.
The ideal candidate will have excellent inter-personal skills, an understanding of current trends and developments within support departments and previous supervisory or managerial experience. As well as a keen sense of humour and a flexible approach to addressing everyday challenges. Above all, the post holder will need to demonstrate the ability to promote a positive and successful learning experience for our students.
