After two years of hard work and dedication over 1,600 A Level, Vocational Diploma and T Level students collected their results in August. With almost 1,000 students leaving College having secured entry to their first-choice university, this year is the culmination of their efforts and diligence, supported through the care, expertise and dedication of our excellent staff.

Full Time

We are one of the highest performing colleges nationally on all courses at all levels, rated Ofsted ‘Outstanding’. Our current IT provision consists of full time courses and apprenticeships from entry level to advanced level.

We are looking for an inspirational and committed lecturer to join our highly successful Maths, Computing & Engineering Team to teach across our Computing courses. Applicants should hold a degree or similar professional qualifications and a recognised teaching qualification and have the capacity to inspire students and maintain excellent working relationships in a successful department. A background in programming would be desirable.

The successful applicant will be expected to have the ability to teach across a range of academic and vocational courses in FE and HE, from level 2 through to level 6, including, BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in Information Technology (NQF), A-level Computer Science (WJEC), Digital T Levels and FdSc Computer Technology/ Cyber Security/ Software Engineering. A willingness to work in a pastoral tutorial role is essential, as is knowledge of current vocational developments in post-16 education.

*Salary as advertised is based on a qualified lecturer. Non-qualified applicants will be considered but will be paid on a non-qualified lecturer scale.
