If you have a passion for project management and curriculum development, then we want to hear from you. The successful applicant will be required to collaborate with business participants across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly to co-develop and pilot Smart Specialisation skills provision, with a specific focus on Space and Aerospace.
You will be self-motivated and personable and be an excellent communicator with good analytical, diagnostic, negotiation and problem solving skills. The ability to plan, organise, prioritise and work under pressure in a complex environment is also essential.
Applicants should be educated to post-graduate degree level with a recognised Project Management qualification. A formal teaching qualification is also desirable. The ideal candidate would also have experience of business engagement activities and an understanding of the business landscape and Smart Specialisation strategy for Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly, as well as proven experience in effective partnership working and establishing successful relationships with both internal colleagues and external partners.
You must be willing to travel throughout Cornwall and access to own transport and a full, clean driving license is essential. Previous applicants will be carried forward.
