After two years of hard work and dedication over 1,600 A Level, Vocational Diploma and T Level students collected their results in August. With almost 1,000 students leaving College having secured entry to their first-choice university, this year is the culmination of their efforts and diligence, supported through the care, expertise and dedication of our excellent staff.
Full and Part Time, Term Time Only (38 Weeks)
The Progression Pathways Department received Ofsted outstanding in our last inspection and offers the chance for over 150 students to receive the highest level of specialist education they can expect to receive in the Southwest.
Our curriculum is designed to meet learners individual needs across three pathways of learning. We are seeking Learning Support Assistants to deliver 1:1 and group support to students with Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities (PMLD) and/or Significant Learning Difficulties (SLD) and/or on the Autistic Spectrum.
Individuals with experience within Makaton and PECS and/or those with experience of Personal Care is desirable but not essential.
Part time is a minimum of four full days per week. Please specify when applying, which campus you would like to be considered for. Previous applicants will be carried forward.
