We are one of the highest performing colleges nationally on all courses at all levels, rated Ofsted ‘Outstanding’.
The college works very closely with the Cornwall Manufacturing Group in developing the future workforce and upskilling existing employees. Exciting future opportunities exist to work closely with the new engineering sectors in Cornwall in Offshore Wind Technology, Lithium Extraction and Space Technology.
The Engineering department is based in the state of the art STEM and Health Centre. Included within is a large open workshop with a significant range of industry standard equipment and specific welding facilities.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed lecturer with the ability to inspire students and maintain excellent working relationships in a very successful Engineering team. A willingness to support students pastorally is essential, as is being adaptable and flexible in a dynamic working environment.

The ideal candidate should work with confidence with a wide variety of ability levels, be a committed team member and project an enthusiasm for their subject. The successful applicant will be expected to provide high quality teaching on education programmes, and to contribute to providing an outstanding learning experience for our students.
