Media and Photography Lecturer (Truro)

Truro and Penwith College is seeking a dynamic and passionate Lecturer in Media & Photography to join our Media and Photography Programme Area. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding teaching, inspire students, create a positive and inclusive learning environment and contribute to the overall success of the college.

The post may involve teaching at vocational Levels 2 and 3, as well as A Level. A track record and experience of Course Leadership would be beneficial.

Lecturers will plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in Media and/or Photography to a diverse student body, provide guidance, support, and constructive feedback to students to facilitate their learning and development an contribute to the development of the curriculum, ensuring it meets the needs of students and industry standards.

Applicants should hold a degree or similar professional qualifications and a recognised teaching qualification or be willing to work towards one. As well as teaching, the successful candidate is likely to have responsibility for a tutor group.

*Non-qualified applicants will be considered but will be paid on a non-qualified lecturer scale.
