Truro & Penwith College is seeking a professional, cheerful, and responsive administrator to join our Student Services Team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to all visitors and signpost students to relevant support services.
You will provide a professional and friendly reception service to students, staff, and visitors, maintain welfare resources within the College, oversee workshop and room bookings and handle initial enquiries from the public, students, and staff.
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience as an administrator, with excellent administration skills. Proficiency in Microsoft applications, have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, along with knowledge of file management and other administrative procedures, are crucial. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish good relationships with students and staff, will ensure your success in this role.
The preferred hours would be Mon-Fri 10.00am-3.30pm but may be flexible for the right candidate.
