My story:
Kate decided to choose A Levels as she liked the variety of subjects on offer at the College and particularly enjoyed studying Philosophy as she believes a social science is a good way to get a wider view of the world. Kate also joined the Academic Academy as something to do outside of her A Level studies.
Kate said: “A Levels were great. They were really enjoyable. Studying A Level History we learnt so much that you don’t do at GCSE. Philosophy helped progress my English studies, which is the subject I love. It was great to be able to learn everything we did.
“I did Academic Academy in the first year. It was very interesting. We had lots of different people from all walks of life come in to speak to us about different subjects.
