How we will work with you
Through this project we are looking to work with you in a variety of ways.
Targeted outreach programme for adults to encourage them to re-train or access employment within the Construction sector. We’d love to hear from you if you are interested in exploring careers within the sector, or if you are an employer interested in working with us to increase workforce capacity.
Careers and outreach activities with primary, secondary and further education students to raise awareness and aspirations regarding the career opportunities within Construction. Please get in touch if you are an educator who would like to explore this further, or a student who would like to understand how to take the next steps in your career in Construction.
Curriculum development and pilot delivery of Construction provision with a particular focus on the Retrofit and Renewables upskilling and re-skilling needs of the existing Construction SME workforce. We would love to hear from you if you would like to work with us to develop this provision to meet your business needs. This could be working with to co-design and trial new courses, or working together to deliver our existing courses in new ways, looking to overcome the barriers you identify.
Join the further education workforce, share your skills and develop the next generation of talent. If you have real world experience, you already have what it takes to teach in further education. Please get in touch if you are interested in a teaching or assessing career within Construction.
