Through one to one career appointments, Katarina supports students to explore options – both short and long term. Career appointments help students to better understand who they are and what their future might look like. The Careers Team help to identify their skills, strengths and interests and look at values and motivations. They explore different jobs, look at routes in and figure out pathways which suit students best. Often, it is about dreaming big but starting small! Katarina is also involved in the ‘Greener Futures’ enrichment option, which explores environmental and social justice issues that are important to students.
