Kim’s journey through LEAP Higher led to transformative insights. She returned to her setting after each session with fresh ideas and newfound confidence in her leadership style, which inspired her to engage in continuous self-reflection, a practice she found valuable in both leadership and life.

Within her organisation, the programme triggered a comprehensive reevaluation of leadership models and styles which resulted in improved team dynamics, efficiency, productivity, and overall well-being. Kim emphasised how this positive change benefited not only her nursery business but also had a profound impact on early years learners and their families.

Kim highlighted how the program encouraged open discussions and deep reflection. She also expressed her appreciation for Leadership and Management tutor Richie’s coaching, which involved probing questions and alternative ideas that broadened her perspective.

Amanda, the curriculum developer, was highly praised for her welcoming and well-organised manner in disseminating updates and information. In addition to reviewing and offering feedback on assignments, tutors also demonstrated flexibility with respect to deadlines, effectively easing the pressure linked to coursework.

I would like to send our Deputy Manager on the course to learn and experience the same things I have, strengthening our leadership and management capabilities together!”
