An excellent nursery on the Truro College campus
We deliver high-quality care and education for children aged six weeks to eight years. Our staff are experts in teaching children and making the most of each developmental stage. The children benefit from a carefully-planned curriculum, which builds on the child’s interests and abilities. This is achieved through purposeful play situations, valuing structured and spontaneous exploration as real learning opportunities in the early years.
Care and compassion
Children enjoy a consistent approach to care in a safe and simulating environment, which supports the aims and principles of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Rest assured knowing that your child will receive the individual care and attention they need to develop in a safe environment.
We aim to ensure a positive relationship is established between parent/carer and nursery staff. The nursery values the importance of parental involvement and strives to work in partnership with you as we share the privilege of these precious early years. Since we feel so strongly about this, staff at the nursery will make as many opportunities as possible to meet with you and share information about your child’s progress.
Costs and contact details
The cost of childcare is £4.50 per hour for children younger than two years and £3.95 per hour for children aged two and over.
The nursery is able to accommodate 37 children and is open Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm.
