The Certificate in Education, available full-time or part-time, is perfect for individuals aiming to teach in further education. It covers educational theory, curriculum development, and classroom management, with hands-on experience through teaching placements.
For graduates seeking advanced qualifications, the Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) provides both academic and practical training in teaching. This course includes classroom placements and covers pedagogy, educational psychology, and subject-specific teaching methods.
The BA (Hons) Education and Training offers an in-depth study of education, ideal for careers in teaching, training, or administration. Topics include educational policy, leadership, and inclusive education.
The FdA Childhood Education focuses on early childhood development, while the FdA Teaching and Learning provides a strong foundation for working in primary and secondary education, both offering valuable practical placements.
