Andy is a Learning and Development Specialist at Cormac and has over 10 years’ experience in training, Apprenticeships and early career development. He is passionate about supporting young people to make informed decisions about their futures by ensuring that they have had high-quality careers advice and guidance.
He has had a varied career with experience in Hospitality, Construction and Further Education, which gives him a well-rounded understanding of different sectors and what employers are looking for when recruiting their future workforce. Andy is also the Chair of the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Cornerstone Employer group, which works with likeminded employers and partners in the region to support every young person to find their next best step.
Andy is actively engaged with the college, contributing his industry experience to inform, influence and implement their career strategy.
