Taught by tutors with impressive industry careers, you’ll also benefit from our partnerships with companies such as Rick Stein’s restaurants and Watergate Bay Hotel.

Apprenticeships are available in exciting roles across the food and beverage sector, giving you the opportunity to earn a wage and a qualification while gaining valuable industry experience.

Courses for adults

For adults looking for practical workshops in specific areas such as filleting fish, cake decorating or world cooking, we run a large selection of day classes and certificates. Improve your culinary skills, learn how to start your own small bakery business, or come along with friends for a fun day of food.
