Focusing on sports performance and sports participation as well as resultant health benefits, you will gains an understanding of various applied sport and health-related disciplines. Learning from a health promotion, coaching and participation perspective, you will develop athletic ability, general health and wellbeing knowledge and can gain experience through working in-house with sports academies and health promotion initiatives. 

The opportunity to complete an honours dissertation is also a fantastic chance to complete some in-depth research of a specific subject interest and to demonstrate skills and knowledge within the field. 

On successful completion of this course, you will be able to critically review knowledge in the field of sport and health, utilising appropriate techniques of investigation, analysis and practical experience.
