The College's business support and professional development courses are encompassed under the 'Future Skills Institute', our home for all 19+ provision, including the University Centre Truro & Penwith.

Partnerships with some of Cornwall's most innovative employers allow us to develop quality training and skills for tomorrow's workforce.

This future-focused training, coupled with our industry-expert teaching and state-of-the-art facilities have earned us recognition as Cornwall and Devon's top College for apprenticeship achievement, Cornwall's only DfE recognised 'Apprenticeship Expert' provider and an accredited centre for Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) and Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications.

Skills Bootcamps Support The Government's Plan For Jobs

Skills Bootcamps

Truro and Penwith College has been awarded contracts to deliver Skills Bootcamps, that are funded by UK Government and supported by Devon County Council, for residents of Cornwall and Devon.

Skills Bootcamps offer eligible adults the unique opportunity to access fully-funded training that culminates in a guaranteed job interview for their chosen career path.

The College's Skills Bootcamp programmes currently include Clinical Pathways, Digital Marketing, Future Chef Manager and Welding & Fabrication.

Dates for our new 2024/25 Skills Bootcamps will be announced soon. To register your interest please email futureskills@truro-penwith.ac.uk.
