Amber has demonstrated a professional and mature approach to her work at H Tempest by reviewing the business’s social media strategy and then making suggestions on how to develop it further. By researching best practice and demonstrating a real understanding of how social media can be used to build relationships with customers, Amber increased the businesses Twitter following by 1,000. In January, the business ran a series of sales meetings for their field based staff, who visited the office in groups of 50 and Amber ran a training session on social media for them. Amber has never lost focus on her Apprenticeship and has constantly demonstrated commitment to her learning and development. She has done extra reading and research around the modules covered and applies them in a business context.
