Elliot won Digital and IT Apprentice of the Year at the 2018 Cornwall Apprenticeship Awards.

When Elliot joined Bluefruit, he quickly proved that he had an aptitude for development and has built on his abilities since day one. Elliot started his role working alongside the test team within the company and quickly moved into a document control position, a role that is usually filled by a permanent employee, but Elliot proved himself to be worthy of the role. The company usually aims to take on its Apprentices as permanent employees upon completion of their two year Apprenticeship; this is something that Elliot achieved within just six months of joining the company. Elliot has progressed so well in his role that he’s now producing work that the company are able to bill the client for; they would normally expect this from Apprentices who have been at the company for a minimum of 18 months.
