Brooks Financial Planning Ltd employs Apprentices in Business Administration and has worked in partnership with Truro and Penwith College to design a quality Apprenticeship programme that is tackling skills gaps.
Millie’s Story
Millie took the opportunity to join the College's Allied Health Academy as an addition to her Level 3 Extended Diploma in Applied Biomedical Science, and found the career path she wanted to take through attending informative lectures.
Derek’s Story
Derek hopes to progress to study Law at University, and has taken several extra curricular opportunities to compliment his studies at Truro and Penwith College, including enrolling in the Law Academy, becoming a Student Ambassador and part of the Student Council.
Glen’s Story
Glen undertook the ILM Level 5 award in Leadership and Management, and despite personal challenges, the support he received from the tutors enabled him to complete his training and apply his new skills in the workplace.
